Below is an introduction to the newly added consignees, consignors and carriers associated with the business.

1.1.Consignees management

In the cargo tracking business scenario, a consignee refers to the entity that ultimately takes delivery of the goods in the cargo transportation process, which can be either an individual natural person or a qualified enterprise or organization eligible to receive goods.

As shown in the steps in the figure above, you can add a new consignee for an organization.

Once you have completed the consignee addition, you can view their information in the list and perform basic profile maintenance for them. In the future, we will conduct targeted analysis on consignees and provide core metrics such as goods receipt confirmation details and cargo delay rates for each consignee.

In the cargo tracking business scenario, a carrier refers to the entity that undertakes the transportation of goods in the cargo transportation process, which can be either an enterprise with freight operation qualifications or an organization with relevant transportation permits.

As shown in the steps in the figure above, you can add a new carrier for an organization.

Once you have completed the carrier addition, you can view their information in the list and perform basic profile maintenance for them. In the future, we will conduct targeted analysis on carriers and provide core metrics such as goods transportation details and cargo delivery delay rates for each carrier.
